Buildings are covered against loss resulting from fire, lightning, earthquake, storm, flood, burglary, accidental impact on the building, bursting or overflowing of water tanks, escape of water from storage facilities, falling trees, riot and strike, explosion from domestic gas cylinders, impact from aircrafts and other aerial devices.

1. Home Contents-Provides cover for loss or damage of all household items normally residing within the home inclusive of fixtures and fittings
2. All Risk Items-Provides cover for loss or damage to movable or portable property such as cameras, cell phones, radios, jewelry, projectors and sports kits

Provides protection for domestic workers (cleaners/house help, gardeners, watchmen/guards, cooks, drivers) against accidental death or bodily injury whilst in the course of their work duties including medical expenses and funeral expenses

Compensates the home/property owner against legal liability and pays compensation in respect of;

1. Accidental bodily injury (including illness) to other persons other than a member of their family or household or employee.
2. Accidental loss of or damage to property belonging to other person’s in the custody or control of the home owner or family member or household or employee within their premises.
3. Personal Legal liability for bodily injury to third party persons, or damage to third party property anywhere within Kenya

Compensates the home occupier/tenant against legal liability and pays compensation in respect of;

1. Accidental bodily injury (including illness) to other persons other than a member of their family or household or employee.
2. Accidental loss of or damage to property belonging to other person’s in the custody or control of the home occupier/tenant or family member or household or employee within the occupied premises.
3. Personal Legal liability for bodily injury to third party persons, or damage to third party property anywhere within Kenya
